THE CHARTER FOR CHANGE
Not a pledge.
A structural
commitment.
When you sign the Charter for Change, you're not expressing values. You're linking your enterprise or organisation to the ecosystem in a permanent, auditable way.
WHAT THE CHARTER IS
A commitment
with teeth.
The Charter for Change is the legal and operational agreement that links businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to the LINDA ecosystem. It is not a symbolic gesture. It has specific obligations attached.
For businesses: a percentage of revenue flows automatically to a linked nonprofit. For nonprofits: adoption of LINDA's accountability framework and SRV standards. For individuals: specific advocacy commitments.
In exchange, you get access to the LINDA network, compliance support, impact reporting, and the right to call yourself part of India's first self-sustaining inclusion ecosystem.
For Businesses & Social Enterprises Link your enterprise to a nonprofit. A percentage of your gross revenue (negotiated at signing, minimum 2%) flows automatically. LINDA handles the disbursement, accounting, and reporting.
For Nonprofits Adopt LINDA's accountability framework. Commit to the SRV standard for all programs. Accept quarterly outcome reporting. In return, LINDA handles compliance, administration, and operational support.
For Individuals Individual signatories commit to one specific advocacy action — public, documented, and verifiable. This might be speaking publicly about inclusive employment, working with one organisation as a skills volunteer, or formally advocating for inclusion policy.
